The purpose of the visit was to give our students an insight into what it takes to be a member of the internationally renowned Royal Marines Commandos. They were given a short presentation about life as a commando followed by a physical training session led by 3 members of the Commandos Education/Recruitment team. Although physically demanding, the students enjoyed the challenges that were set for them. Former student Connor Simpson is currently training at CTCRM Lympstone Commando Training Centre near Exeter.
