The evening will offer the opportunity to visit the school and learn more about the wide-ranging curriculum and excellent facilities available on both Newton Aycliffe and Shildon sites.

Greenfield Community College is a Specialist Arts and Science School and has recently received the Platinum Artsmark, the highest accolade, to celebrate their continuing success in delivering and supporting creative learning in the arts.  The commitment is also reflected in GCSE results with many students achieving outstanding results.

Executive Headteacher, Mr David Priestley, is looking forward to welcoming prospective students and their families and will be on hand to talk about the many opportunities and support available at Greenfield.  “The school offers extraordinary opportunities for each and every student to develop their potential as ambitious, confident, self-led learners.” said Mr Priestley.

There is a broad and balanced curriculum with excellent opportunities and facilities for academic and extra-curricular activities including regular educational visits, a range of sports clubs and access to support from on-site partner Greenfield Arts.
