Big congratulations to Will
Kennington, a year 7 student at Greenfield Community College, who has been competing
for the area in rowing. Will represented Greenfield in Rowing at the start of
the year, performing very well and gaining a place on the Sedgefield Area
team. Whilst representing Sedgefield in
the County finals he finished in the top 4 and was awarded a place on the
County team. Before half term he travelled to Maiden Castle to represent County
Durham in the Regional finals, where he rowed a personal best and was ranked 7th
in the Region. Well done Will!
